My work style is distinctive because I adjust my approach and treatment modalities to your needs and not the opposite. Many professionals use a specific therapeutic method for most of their clients. I start off from believing that every person is unique and every situation equally exclusive. Therefore, a particular modality or a combination of techniques will be the best fit for each client. I feel comfortable integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques into my treatment plans, from cognitive-behavioral techniques to psychodynamic insight oriented interpretation. I also try to offer my clients several options (short-term and long-term options) and discuss with them what best suit their needs in the moment. Many times people do not need to get involved in long-term counseling but with a few consultations they get the guidance and clarity that they need to improve their situations or lives and then is when online counseling serves best.
